Kayser Fitness has been built on a foundation of extensive training in the world of neuromuscular health, wellness, and rehabilitation. My overarching goal for all of my clients is to improve their quality of life through individualized, one-on-one sessions that focus on client specific needs related to their physical function and overall health & wellness.
